HILTON PENNYWELL ST LOUIS AT THE ARCH, Saint Louis – Your ideal downtown stay

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. I absolutely loved the rooms; they were comfortable and cozy, but there were some cleanliness issues like stained carpets and ripped bedding. The check-in time was a bit of a hassle as the room wasn't ready when I arrived.

The hotel was an interesting mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were comfortable with high ceilings but a bit outdated, and unfortunately, there was a constant noise issue and difficulty regulating the temperature during our stay. On the bright side, the location was impressive with a historical vault on site and within walking distance to various attractions. The service had its hiccups, but the staff was attentive and even went above and beyond when handling a heater malfunction in the room.

My stay at the hotel was a fantastic experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, especially Shantanica at the front desk. The location was perfect for my needs, close to the event I attended and within walking distance of all the wonderful things St Louis has to offer. Overall, a great value for money.
